About Our Practice

Dr. Mancuso and the staff of Rocky Mountain Center for Oral & Facial Surgery are dedicated to providing the finest surgical care for Montana and Wyoming families. Dr. Mancuso brings a diverse background to his practice. In addition to traditional dental training, he practiced four years of general dentistry in the Navy; completed a hospital based general practice residency and then an additional four year program in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, including general anesthesia training. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Mancuso is an attending surgeon at the Billings Clinic, St. Vincent Healthcare and Health South Surgicenter. He actively participates in the Facial Trauma on-call service for both Billings hospitals and is currently serving a term as Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Vincent Healthcare.
